1 [Hello Rotarian] REC 1-301 WHY ROTARY?

"Rotary is a worldwide organization of more than 1.2 million business, professional, and community leaders.
Members of Rotary clubs, known as Rotarians, provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world
." according to Rotary International.

So, Rotary is an organization [- a body of persons acting togather for some purpose.]
Rotary is worldwide [- spread all over the world.]
Rotary clubs are members of Rotary International and Rotary Club members are called "Rotarians."
[Club: - a group of people meeting for a special shared purpose.]
[Memer: - one of the people or things in a particular group.]

Rotarians provide service [ - the act of helping.]
Rotarians encourage high standards [ - something this is used as a guide] in all vocations [ - a job or career; occupation].
Rotarians help build good will and peace [ - the state of freedom from war or conflict (- a fight.)]
